THE POSITION<\/strong><\/p>

We are looking to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist<\/strong>.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of our products, excellent communication skills with customers, and close collaboration with both the internal Engineering Department and the Sales team.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>

Within the Technical Support Department, your main missions will include:<\/p>

  • Responding to and resolving requests from installers and customers.<\/p><\/li>

  • Designing and maintaining technical documentation related to our products.<\/p><\/li>

  • Handling product returns and after-sales technical support.<\/p><\/li>

  • Participating in product testing for Eden Innovations as well as integrations with third-party systems.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    In particular, you will be expected to:<\/p>

    • Provide technical support to installers of Eden Innovations solutions.<\/p><\/li>

    • Draft technical manuals and product sheets in collaboration with the Engineering Department.<\/p><\/li>

    • Record and update the documentation database regarding technical issues encountered by customers or internally.<\/p><\/li>

    • Deliver training sessions to our clients, both in-house and externally.<\/p><\/li>

    • Gain knowledge of third-party products integrated with the OPTIMA solution.<\/p><\/li>

    • Advise the Sales team during bid specification reviews to define the appropriate solutions and configurations.<\/p><\/li>

    • Contribute to internal discussions on product developments and improvements.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>

      • You have initial experience in the field of low-voltage systems and ideally in electronic security.<\/p><\/li>

      • Your technical knowledge enables you to quickly master our product offering.<\/p><\/li>

      • You demonstrate strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        WORKING CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

        • ETAM position (non-executive status).<\/p><\/li>

        • Meal vouchers, health insurance covered at 90%.<\/p><\/li>

        • Fixed salary according to profile + occasional bonuses.<\/p><\/li>
