THE COMPANY
Eden Innovations is a software publisher and manufacturer of physical access control systems. Its flagship solution, OPTIMA, is widely adopted by French security system installers and is available through most major distributors in the sector.
THE POSITION
We are looking to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of our products, excellent communication skills with customers, and close collaboration with both the internal Engineering Department and the Sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Technical Support Department, your main missions will include:
Responding to and resolving requests from installers and customers.
Designing and maintaining technical documentation related to our products.
Handling product returns and after-sales technical support.
Participating in product testing for Eden Innovations as well as integrations with third-party systems.
In particular, you will be expected to:
Provide technical support to installers of Eden Innovations solutions.
Draft technical manuals and product sheets in collaboration with the Engineering Department.
Record and update the documentation database regarding technical issues encountered by customers or internally.
Deliver training sessions to our clients, both in-house and externally.
Gain knowledge of third-party products integrated with the OPTIMA solution.
Advise the Sales team during bid specification reviews to define the appropriate solutions and configurations.
Contribute to internal discussions on product developments and improvements.
PROFILE
You have initial experience in the field of low-voltage systems and ideally in electronic security.
Your technical knowledge enables you to quickly master our product offering.
You demonstrate strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
WORKING CONDITIONS
ETAM position (non-executive status).
Meal vouchers, health insurance covered at 90%.
Fixed salary according to profile + occasional bonuses.
Position based near Aix-en-Provence.
